During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the warm and friendly staff who were always willing to help. They made me feel right at home and provided excellent customer service. I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from popular tourist spots and public transportation, made exploring the city easy. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the outside temperature.
I did notice some noise from the surroundings, as the hotel lacked sound insulation. The cleanliness of the blankets and bedsheets could also be improved.

Convenient location, near Sultanahmed and Ayasofia. Tram station close by for easy transportation. Friendly staff and accommodating. Rooms clean and a fair price with breakfast included. Great stay overall.

While the wifi could be improved and the cleaning should be done automatically, these are minor suggestions for improvement in an otherwise exceptional experience.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. Within a 5-10 minute walk, we could reach popular tourist attractions like Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Saray, and the Blue Mosque. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided in our room. The staff at Family Istanbul was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious, offering a good start to our busy days. We received great value for the price we paid.

The hotel was great with its really good location near major attractions, including the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff, particularly Mr Ayvaz and Mr Feyyaz, provided excellent service, offering daily complimentary water and tea, and even arranging bus tickets for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and we were impressed by their attention to detail. an very nice experience.

I had the most amazing stay! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions in the city. It was so convenient to be able to explore the historical monuments and landmarks without having to travel far. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they offered free parking and had easy transportation options available nearby. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast they served every morning!

The owner of the hotel made us feel like part of the family, showing so much love to our kids and even showering them with toys. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect with all major sites within walking distance. The daily fresh breakfast was a great start to the day. I highly recommend this budget hotel.
